You can place your orders via the website. Automatic registration systems are considered to be proof of the nature, content and date of the order. CANIS REPORTING confirms the acceptance of its order to the customer at the e-mail address that the latter will have communicated.
The sale will only be concluded after confirmation of the order.
CANIS REPORTING reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of an earlier order.
The information stated by the buyer, when taking an order, commits the customer: in the event of an error in the addressee's address, CANIS REPORTING can not be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product.
Our prices are net inclusive of VAT and are valid as long as they are posted on the site. The goods are always invoiced at the rate in effect at the time of the order.
The price indicated on the product sheets does not include transport, the latter is calculated when encoding your order.
They include shipping and packing. Fixed participation according to postal rate for BELGIUM. For foreign countries, we apply the actual costs.

The merchandise travels at the risk and peril of the recipient.
It is your responsibility to verify, on receipt of the goods, the condition of the parcel and, if necessary, to insure the liability of the carrier, even when the shipment is made postage prepaid.
In case of dispute, please mention the damage on the carrier's receipt and confirm your reservations, within 48 hours, by registered letter addressed to the carrier.

If your order is made by E-mail or telephone, make the same day the payment of the amount that will have been indicated to you.
RESERVES OF PROPERTY
The goods remain our property until full payment of the price. Pursuant to Law No. 80.335 of 12 May 1980 (OJ of 12/13/05/1980), the transfer of ownership of the goods delivered and invoiced is suspended until the full payment of the price (applicable to the right to claim even in case Receivership or liquidation). The legal ownership of our items will therefore only be transferred to the purchaser on the date on which the latter has paid the price in full.
If the merchandise is sold in the meantime, it is the client's responsibility to assign the claim to us and if any claims are made, they must be sent to us upon receipt.
The customer enjoys the legal guarantee of eviction and hidden defects. Provided that the buyer proves the hidden defect, the seller must legally repair any consequences.
Approximately 2 to 4 weeks for calendars, after receipt and processing of your order and receipt of your payment, according to availability, country of dispatch and choice of time. Delivery times are given for information only and can not be binding.
Any delays do not give the buyer the right to claim damages.
